Refund and Return Policy
You are entitled to a refund within 5 days of your purchase.
In you want a refund, please send an email at sales (at) parker-software.com with the subject: Refund. You must include your license, and a statement to the effect that you have uninstalled the software.
Optionally you may describe the reason for a refund. The information will be used to improve the software and services of Parker Software.
Parker Software will return your payment as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest of the receipt of your email.
We respect your privacy and we will therefore never sell, trade or give your personal information or e-mail addresses to the third parties not affiliated with your online order.
